I loved the rooftop bar with stunning views and the charming old-fashioned lift. The hotel’s character really makes it feel special!

The location was perfect for exploring Florence, with many famous attractions just a short walk away. I loved the spacious room and the fantastic jacuzzi-style tub, which provided a great way to unwind after long days of sightseeing. The staff were accommodating and helped me plan a memorable vineyard tour that I'll cherish. However, accessing our room was challenging due to the steep stairs and a small elevator that wasn't very accommodating for larger luggage, making it less ideal for guests like myself with disabilities.

Had an amazing stay! The room was really cool and old, like 600 years or something. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with a view! But man, that bed was kinda hard, and some noise from outside was annoying. Still, worth it for the sights and the breakfast vibe.
