The location was perfect, right in the center, close to the botanical garden and surrounded by great restaurants and stores. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided a stunning view of the city, perfect for sipping wine and enjoying the atmosphere.
One drawback was the difficulty in reaching the hotel by car and arranging parking.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing. Being so close to the Ponte Vecchio and accessible to the heart of the city made exploring Florence a breeze. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were well above what we had expected. The rooms, although small, were surprisingly spacious and clean. The view onto the internal courtyard from our well-appointed room was lovely. Despite the lack of AC, the room was still comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast, although slightly pricey, was worth every penny. The bountiful and delicious choices made for a great start to our day.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city - a real find! It's located in an old palazzo, adding a touch of character and charm to the stay. The rooms are comfortable with good AC, although lacking a balcony or view. However, the terrace overlooking the garden makes up for it, providing a delightful spot to relax. The staff is friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, with its wide range of options, is a delight and the view over the whole city in the sunshine is simply breathtaking.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, within walking distance of the major sightseeing destinations. It is also close to the historic bridge, Ponte Vecchio. The rooms are spacious, clean, and renovated, offering great value for the price. The breakfast service is well-located, allowing guests to enjoy their meal while being in direct touch with nature, with a courtyard view and patios from nearby properties. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a stunning view where guests can have dinner.
The elevator in the hotel is quite small and the layout is a bit confusing with odd sets of stairs.
